Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and any accompanying documentation (if applicable).
  • The item must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings and other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons).
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at vedhajewels@vedhajewels.com within 3 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Shipping Policy

At Vedha Jewels, we aim to deliver your purchases as quickly and securely as possible. Our standard delivery timeline varies based on location:

  • Domestic Shipping (within India):
    Minimum: 3 business days
    Maximum: 7 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are subject to change during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances such as holidays or logistics delays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.


Return and Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, contact us at vedhajewels@vedhajewels.com and we will provide instructions.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, if the item has already been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be fulfilled.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at vedhajewels@vedhajewels.com with photos and details of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays, from the time of approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email confirming the refund once it has been processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeline, please contact your bank or payment provider for an update. You can also contact us for further assistance.

Cancellations

  • If the order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed immediately, and you will receive the funds within 5-7 business days.
